The grip is the most important contact surface on your goalie stick, and its condition directly affects the accuracy, feel and confidence of your shot. Over time, grips wear, harden and lose their friction, making your grip slip and your shot control deteriorate – even if the stick and technique are in good condition.
Regularly changing your grips will restore your grip and confidence on every shot. A fresh grip will give you a better feel for the club, reduce hand tension and help keep your shots more consistent throughout the round.
Changing your grips on time will keep your racket feeling fresh and ensure you get the most out of every shot. You will definitely hit and play better when you change your grips regularly.

Most players change their grips about once a year, or every 40 rounds or so. If you play a lot or notice your grip starting to slip, it's a good idea to change your grip sooner. Hot weather, sweat, and dirt wear down grips faster.
Signs of wear include slipperiness, cracks, shine, or a hard surface. If your grip no longer feels secure or the grip is spinning around the shaft, it's a clear sign that it needs to be replaced.
Orders are processed quickly and delivery time is usually 1–5 business days.
