Terms of Delivery
General These terms of delivery apply to deliveries from Maila & Suoja Oy's online store. The use of the online store requires acceptance of these terms.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver the order as soon as possible. If the delivery time differs from the usual, we will inform the customer separately.
Delivery Methods
We deliver products by mail or to pick-up points. The delivery method can be selected during the order.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the size of the order and the chosen delivery method. Detailed delivery costs will be provided during the order.
Receipt of the Product
The customer must check the condition and contents of the delivery upon receipt. If the product is damaged during transportation, the customer must notify us immediately.
Right of Return
The customer has a 14-day right of return for ordered products in accordance with consumer protection laws. The right of return does not apply to used or customized products. The return must be made in the original packaging and in an acceptable condition. The customer is responsible for the return costs unless the product has been faulty or the delivery incorrect.
Right of Exchange
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange for ordered products in accordance with consumer protection laws. The right of exchange does not apply to used or customized products. Incorrect Delivery or Faulty Product
If the delivery is incorrect or the product is faulty, the customer must notify us immediately. Faulty products will be replaced or exchanged for flawless products.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure situations, such as natural disasters, exceptional weather conditions, strikes, traffic disruptions, or similar reasons.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms of delivery are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be primarily resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved by the Consumer Disputes Board or in the district court.
