Choosing the right golf grip directly affects club control, feel and confidence in different playing conditions. A well-chosen grip improves grip, reduces hand tension and helps with a more repeatable swing.

  • Feel: Soft-touch, flat-profile grips offer a classic, comfortable feel. The multi-material construction provides a firmer grip and clearer control over your shot.
  • Grip and conditions: In wet or variable weather conditions, the grip pattern and surface material are emphasized. A firmer grip helps maintain a secure grip even in the rain or with sweaty hands.
  • Playing style and swing: A softer grip is suitable for a more relaxed, feel-oriented game. For a more powerful and active swing, a firmer grip improves stability and control.
  • Wear and Replacement: Golf grips wear with use. If your grip feels slippery or hardened, replacing it will immediately improve control and shot accuracy.

What sizes of grips are available?

All Skymarx grips are available in two sizes: Standard and Midsize . Standard is suitable for most players, while Midsize offers a firmer grip and reduces hand tension.
How often should grips be changed?

For most players, it is recommended to change grips at least once a season or about every 50 rounds . If you often play in the rain or your grips feel slippery, you may want to change them earlier.
Can I change my grips myself at home?

Yes you can! Skymarx offers all the tools and supplies you need to change your grips at home. We also have ready-made grip kits available that include grips, tape and solvent – ​​everything you need.
