If your product is defective or you have received the wrong product, we apologize for the situation. We want to process your complaint as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please attach a picture of the product and any possible defect.
Handling:

We will review complaints within 1-5 business days .

We will contact you by email with a solution proposal.

If necessary, we will offer a replacement product, refund or other agreed solution.

Unfortunately, we cannot process the complaint without a picture.
